Not only is AllSaints one of the most cutting edge and sought after brand this Fall, they’re also bringing you exclusive music interviews and performances from some of the world’s best up and coming indie bands.  We’re proud to be able to bring you the video for Alpines’ ‘Got Me Wrong’, which was performed in the basement underneath the Spitalfields design studio.

Alpines are a duo hailing from Kensington upon Thames, London, made up of Bob Mathews and Catherine Pockson.  The duet make gorgeous pop noir tracks, filled with gigantic hooks and filled with moody bass lines, making them one of the most wanted under the radar bands on the scene right now.  Alpines have already toured with the likes of Emile Sande, Florence and the Machine and The Naked and Famous.

The group have dabbled in the blending of fashion, music and art before, as their video for ‘Drive’ was used by Rankin in a video for fashion designer Hannah Marshall.  The AllSaints sessions is a live adaptation of their latest single ‘Got Me Wrong’, which is a tantalising dark anthem with rumbling drums and distressed synths, cloaked in Catherine’s sensational vocals narrating a harrowing tale.  The atmospheric lighting and dramatic camera work adds another element of haunt to the moody affair.  An excellent track by one of the most exciting up and coming indie pop groups we’ve seen in a while, and coupled with AllSaints dramatic basement sessions makes this an absolute must watch.
